B.S. Radio: 10/06/2010 – Award Show Controversy
The show everybody’s been waiting on. The big homie E.F. Cuttin was suppose to be the guest for this show. However the award nominees list for the NOLA Underground Hip-Hop awards dropped the day prior and set Twitter ablaze. A discussion took place the day of this show and I turned into a roundtable discussion. The guests included Rock and 17th Snoop of Da U Boys, Strait Jigg, E.F. Cuttin, Lyrikill, 504 Dubb and myself.
It started off as a discussion about the nominees then turned into bridging the gap between the 2 sides of hip-hop in New Orleans. Alot of things that needed to be vented about were put on the table. Points were made, contradictions arose, yelling ensued. I’m not sure if a unanimous conclusion was even met but I do know everybody got to express their points and make known their issues. Easily the most listened to show of the season.
